高效抗逆转录病毒疗法对艾滋病的治疗效果及其耐药情况

Effect of Highly Active Antiretroviral Therapy for AIDS and Its Drug-resistance

目的分析高效抗逆转录病毒疗法对艾滋病的治疗效果及其耐药情况。方法收取该院98例艾滋病患者,收取时间在2015年10月—2016年5月,并将艾滋病患者分为两组,对照组(49例患者实施常规治疗),观察组(49例患者实施高效抗逆转录病毒疗法治疗),分析两组艾滋病患者治疗后的耐药情况和治疗效果。结果观察组艾滋病患者中,恶性患者有1例、腹泻患者有1例、乏力患者有2例、不良反应发生率(8.16%)低于对照组患者,由此提示高效抗逆转录病毒疗法的用药安全性较高(P<0.05),观察组艾滋病患者中,发生耐药性的有2例、未发生耐药性的有47例、耐药性发生率(4.08%)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高效抗逆转录病毒疗法对艾滋病患者具有显著的治疗效果,能显著降低患者恶心、腹泻、乏力等不良反应,预防耐药性发生,其具有疗效高、安全可靠等特点,值得在进一步推广及运用。

Objective To analyze the effect of highly active antiretroviral therapy for AIDS and its drug-resistance.Methods 98 cases of AIDS patients in our hospital from October 2015 to May 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 49 cases in each,the control group adopted the routine treatment,while the observation group adopted the highly active antiretroviral therapy,and the drug-resistance and treatment effect after treatment of the two groups were analyzed.Results In the observation group,there was 1 malignant case,1 diarrhea case,2 weak case and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was 8.16%,which was lower than that in the control group,which reminds that the medication safety of highly active antiretroviral therapy was higher(P<0.05),and in the observation group,there were 2 drug-resistant cases and 47 cases without drug resistance,and the incidence rate of drug resistance was 4.08%,which was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of highly active antiretroviral therapy for AIDS patients is obvious,which can obviously reduce the adverse reactions of nausea,diarrhea,fatigue and prevent the occurrence of drug resistance with high curative effect,and it is safe and reliable,and it is worth further promotion and application.
