老年口腔颌面部肿瘤68例手术治疗分析

Analysis of Operation Treatment of 68 Cases of Senile Oral and Maxillofacial Tumors

目的观察手术治疗老年口腔颌面部肿瘤的效果。方法选择该院2014年6月—2017年6月接收的老年口腔颌面部肿瘤患者65例,标记为对照组,给予放射治疗,另选取同期接收的老年口腔颌面部肿瘤患者68例,标记为观察组,给予手术治疗,观察治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果经治疗后,观察组患者治疗总有效率97.1%,高于对照组86.2%,治疗期间,观察组不良反应发生率8.8%,低于对照组23.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术治疗老年口腔颌面部肿瘤具有良好的治疗效果。

Objective To observe the effect of operation treatment of senile oral and maxillofacial tumors.Methods 65 cases of senile patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2017 were selected as the control group,which adopted the radiology therapy,while 68 cases of senile patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors admitted and treated at the same period were selected as the observation group and adopted the operation treatment,and the treatment effect and occurrence of adverse reactions were observed.Results After treatment,the total treatment effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(97.1%vs 86.2%),during the treatment,the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(8.8%vs 23.1%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of operation in treatment of senile oral and maxillofacial tumors is good.
