优质护理在异位妊娠患者围术期护理中的应用研究

Research on Application of Excellent Nursing in the Nursing of Patients with Ectopic Gestation during the Preoperative Period

目的探讨优质护理服务在异位妊娠患者围手术期中开展的干预效果。方法将该院未开展优质护理期间(2015年10月—2016年2月)收治的21例异位妊娠患者作为对照组,将开展优质护理期间(2016年3—7月)收治的21例异位妊娠患者作为观察组,对比分析两组患者的干预效果。结果在患者心理状态评分方面,干预前两组间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组患者较对照组显著改善(P<0.05);在患者疼痛评分方面,观察组较对照组;在护理满意度方面,观察组与对照组分别为95.24%与85.71%,且两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在异位妊娠患者围手术期开展优质护理服务,能够有效改善患者的心理状态及疼痛症状,有利于提高患者的护理满意度,值得临床广泛开展。

Objective To study the intervention effect of excellent nursing in the nursing of patients with ectopic gestation during the preoperative period.Methods 21 cases of patients with ectopic gestation admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2015 to February 2016 when the excellent nursing was not conducted were selected as the control group,and 21 cases of patients with ectopic gestation during the March 2016 to July when the excellent nursing was conducted were selected as the observation group,and the intervention effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results The difference in the mental state score between the two groups before intervention was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the score in the observation group after intervention was obviously improved compared with that in the control group(P<0.05),and the pain score in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 95.24%and 85.71%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The development of excellent nursing services for patients with ectopic gestation during the preoperative period can effectively improve the mental state and pain symptoms of patients,which is conducive to improving the nursing satisfactory degree,and it is worth clinical wide application.
