螺旋CT诊断小细胞肺癌临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Spiral CT in Diagnosis of Small Cell Lung Cancer

目的探讨螺旋CT诊断小细胞肺癌临床应用价值。方法收集该院于2011年4月—2017年4月间收治的98例小细胞肺癌患者的临床资料,对螺旋CT诊断结果进行详细分析,对比CT诊断结果与穿刺或手术病理检查结果的符合率,进一步评价螺旋CT诊断小细胞肺癌临床应用价值。结果经螺旋CT检查,结果提示有71例阳性患者,其中有11例周围型小细胞癌,占比15.49%,有60例中央型小细胞肺癌,占比84.51%。穿刺或手术病理检验结果与螺旋CT阳性检验结果,差异无统计学意义(100.00%vs 72.45%,P>0.05)。结论采用螺旋CT诊断小细胞肺癌,检验结果可靠,与穿刺或手术病理检验结果符合率较高,值得临床进一步实践。

Objective To study the clinical application value of spiral CT in diagnosis of small cell lung cancer.Methods 98 cases of patients with small cell lung cancer admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2011 to April 2017 were selected and the spiral CT diagnosis results were analyzed in detail,and the coincidence rate of CT diagnosis results and puncture or operative pathological examination result was compared,and the clinical application value of spiral CT in diagnosis of small cell lung cancer was further evaluated.Results After the spiral CT examination,the results showed that there were 71 positive cases,11 cases with peripheral small cell carcinoma,accounting for 15.49%,and there were 60 cases with central small cell lung cancer,accounting for 84.51%,and the difference in the puncture or operation pathological test result and spiral CT positive test result was not statistically significant,(100.00%vs 72.45%,P>0.05).Conclusion The test result of spiral CT in diagnosis of small cell lung cancer is reliable,and the coincidence rate of puncture or operation pathological test results is higher,which is worth further practice in clinic.
