Objective To study the effect of hemoglobin concentration on the radiology effect of middle and advanced cervical carcinoma. Methods 60 cases of patients with middle and advanced cervical carcinoma admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2012 to April 2014 were selected as the research objects and all patients adopted the radiology treatment and divided into groups according to the hemoglobin concentration before treatment, including the low concentration group(Ab:75~89 g/L),moderate concentration group(Ab:90~119 g/L)and high concentration group(Ab≥120 g/L),and the local control rate of tumors,1-year survival rate and 3-year survival rate were compared among the three groups. Results The local control rate of tumors,1-year survival rate and 3-year survival rate in the high concentration group, moderate concentration group and low concentration group were respectively 90.91%,100.0.00%,90.91%and 69.70%,84.85%,66.67%and 65.38%,76.92%,61.54%,and various indexes in the high concentration group was the highest, followed by the moderate concentration group and low concentration group(P<0.05).Conclusion The hemoglobin concentration is an influence factor of radiology effect of middle and advanced cervical carcinoma, with the improvement of hemoglobin concentration, the radiology effect also increases and the clinical doctors should pay attention to correcting the anemia treatment of patients.
