耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷与两项技术独立应用对中风后失眠的效果

Effect of Auricular Points Plaster Therapy and Acupoint Application and the Combination of the Two in the Insomnia after Stroke

目的探讨耳穴压豆、穴位贴敷以及两技术联合应用在中风后失眠患者护理中的效果比较,旨在探讨一种更有效的护理方法。方法选取该院2016年1—9月中风后失眠患者90例,随机分3组:耳穴压豆加常规药物治疗组;穴位贴敷加常规药物治疗组;耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷加常规药物治疗组。比较3组给与不同的干预后,PSQI评分的7个条目及总分,临床疗效方面的改善情况。结果 3组各30例共90例,经治疗后,联合组在主观睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、睡眠药物、日间功能方面改善明显(P<0.05),PQSI总分由(16.51±2.47)分,降低至(6.8±1.33)分,改善幅度显著大于耳穴压豆组和穴位贴敷组。临床疗效:联合治疗组总有效率为90.33%,均高于耳穴压豆和穴位贴敷分别为83.33%和80.00%的有效率(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷在中风后失眠患者护理中,其效果优于单独应用的效果。可显著改善中风后失眠患者的症状,是一种显效的护理方法。

Objective To study the effect of auricular points plaster therapy and acupoint application and the combination of the two in the insomnia after stroke in order to study a more effective method.Methods 90 cases of patients with insomnia after stroke in our hospital from January 2016 to September 2016 were selected and randomly divided into three groups,including auricular points plaster therapy and routine drugs treatment group,acupoint application and routine drugs treatment group and combination and routine drug treatment group,and seven items in PSQI score and total score and improvement of clinical curative effect after intervention were compared among three groups.Results Each group with 30 cases,90 cases in total,after treatment,the subjective sleep quality,asleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficacy,sleep disorder,sleep drug and day function were obviously improved(P<0.05),and the total score of PQSI decreased from(16.51±2.47)points to(6.8±1.33)points,and the improvement range was obviously higher than that in the auricular points plaster therapy group and acupoint application group,in terms of clinical curative effect,the total effective rate in the combined treatment group was higher than that in the auricular points plaster therapy group and acupoint application group(90.33%vs 83.33%,80.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of auricular points plaster therapy and acupoint application in the insomnia after stroke is better than that of single application,which can obviously improve the symptoms of insomnia patients after stroke,and the effect is obvious.
