护理干预在脱敏治疗慢性湿疹患者中依从性的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention on the Compliance of Desensitization Therapy of Chronic Eczema Patients

目的观察护理干预对于慢性湿疹脱敏治疗患者依从性影响分析。方法将在该院2016年1月—2017年1月收治以慢性湿疹为诊断的患者114例,按照护理方案的区别随机分为对照组与护理组,每组57例。对照组常规护理方式,护理组采用有针对性的护理干预。将两组服药依从性与治疗效果对照分析。结果治疗结束后治疗依从性统计良好、较好、较差、极差分别为护理组35例、21例、1例、0例;对照组则为7例、11例、26例、13例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理组总有效率为98.25%,对照组为68.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论对于慢性湿疹患者的脱敏治疗上,采用有针对性的护理干预,可有效提高患者服药依从性,进而提高治疗效果,有在临床上普及、推广、使用价值。

Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention on the compliance of Desensitization therapy of chronic eczema patients.Methods 114 cases of patients with chronic eczema patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to the nursing plan with 57 cases in each,the control group adopted the routine nursing method,and adopted the targeted nursing intervention,and the medication compliance and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results At the end of treatment,in the nursing group,35 cases were good,21 cases were better,1 case was worse and 0 case was extremely bad,in the control group,7 cases were good,11 cases were better,26 cases were worse and 13 cases were extremely bad,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the total nursing effective rate in the nursing group and in the control group was respectively 98.25%and 68.42%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The targeted nursing intervention in the desensitization therapy of chronic eczema patients can effectively improve the medication compliance thus improving the treatment effect,and it is worth promotion and application.
