无缝隙护理管理模式在促进母婴分离产妇母乳喂养中的应用

Application of Seamless Nursing Management Model in Promoting the Breast Feeding in the Maternal Separation Delivery Women

目的对无缝隙护理管理模式在促进母婴分离产妇母乳喂养中的应用效果进行分析。方法从2016年1月—2017年6月在该院分娩的产妇中选取400例母婴分离产妇,随机、均等分为对照组与研究组。对照组使用常规护理管理模式,研究组使用无缝隙护理管理模式。对比不同组别产妇母乳喂养知识掌握与母乳喂养情况、对护理的满意度、对母乳喂养知识与喂养技巧掌握的依从情况。结果研究组产妇母乳喂养知识掌握率96.0%,明显高于对照组80.5%(P<0.05);研究组产妇母乳喂养成功率92.5%明显高于对照组的77.5%(P<0.05);研究组产妇护理满意度96.5%,明显高于对照组的80.5%(P<0.05)。结论无缝隙护理管理模式在促进母婴分离产妇母乳喂养中的应用效果显著,有大规模推广的必要。

Objective To analyze the effect of seamless nursing management model in promoting the breast feeding in the maternal separation delivery women.Methods 400 cases of maternal separation delivery women in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected and divided into two groups,the control group adopted the routine nursing management model,while the research group adopted the seamless nursing management,and the breast feeding knowledge mastery degree,breast feeding,nursing satisfactory degree,compliance of breast feeding knowledge and feeding skill mastery were compared between groups.Results The mastery rate of breast feeding knowledge in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group(96.0%vs 80.5%)(P<0.05),and the breast feeding success rate in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group(92.5%vs 77.5%)(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfactory degree in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group,(96.5%vs 80.5%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of seamless nursing management model in promoting the breast feeding in the maternal separation delivery women is obvious,and it is essential to be widely promoted.
