神经内科门诊老年患者心理特点及护理价值探讨

Study on Mental Features and Nursing Value of Senile Outpatients

目的探讨神经内科老年患者心理特点及护理价值。方法选取该院曾在2014年8月—2016年8月所接收的300例患有神经内科的老年患者,并随机把这300例患者分为对照组和研究组,每组150例,其中对照组接受常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上分析患者心理特点并给予针对性护理措施,并对2组患者的护理满意度、负面情绪改善效果进行分析和对比。结果在满意度的比较上,研究组为91.33%,对照组为79.33%,研究组高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在负面情绪改善效果的比较上,护理后研究组评分为(40.3±9.0)分,对照组为(45.8±8.7)分,研究组低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论准确分析神经内科老年患者心理特点并给予相应护理服务可显著改善其负性心理情绪,对提高护理满意度具有积极意义。

Objective To study the mental features and nursing value of senile outpatients.Methods 300 cases of senile patients admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 150 cases in each,the control group adopted the routine nursing,while the research group adopted the targeted nursing measures and analysis of mental features on the basis of the routine nursing,and the nursing satisfactory degree and negative emotion improvement effect were analyzed and compared.Results The satisfactory degree in the research group was higher than that in the control group,(91.33%vs 79.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the negative emotion improvement effect after nursing in the research group was lower than that in the control group[(40.3±9.0)points vs(45.8±8.7)points],and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The accurate analysis of mental features of senile patients in the department of neurology and adopting the corresponding nursing services can obviously improve the negative mental emotions,and it is of positive significance to improving the nursing satisfactory degree.
