中西医结合治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Integration of Traditional and Western Medicine in Treatment of Chronic Urticaria

目的观察中西医结合治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床效果,分析其临床价值。方法选取2016年1—12月期间160例患有慢性荨麻疹患者,所有患者都在该院接受过治疗。将这160例患者随机分为两组,每组80例,其中使用常规西药治疗用于对照组,使用中西医结合用于实验组,之后将两组用药后的治疗情况进行比较。观察两组患者不良反应和复发的情况。结果对照组和实验组患者的总有效率分别为55.0%和83.8%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组和实验组的不良反应发生情况分别为35.0%和31.5%(P>0.05),复发率分别为56.3%和13.8%,对照组45例,实验组11例,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性荨麻疹使用中西医结合的方式疗效更加显著,可降低复发率,且副作用低,临床价值较高,具有普遍推广意义。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of integration of traditional and western medicine in treatment of chronic urticaria and analyze its clinical value.Methods 160 cases of patients with chronic urticaria treated in our hospital from January to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the control group used the routine western medicine,while the experimental group used the integration of traditional and western medicine,and then the treatment situation after medication was compared between the two groups,and the adverse reactions and recurrence situation of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate in the observation group and in the experimental group was respectively 55.0%and 83.8%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the incidence rate of adverse reactions and recurrence rate in the control group and in the experimental group was respectively 35.0%,31.5%(P>0.05)and 56.3%,13.8%(45 cases in the control group and 11 cases in the experimental group),and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of integration of traditional and western medicine in treatment of chronic urticaria is obvious,which can reduce the recurrence rate with low side effect and high clinical value,which is worth wide promotion.
