摘要
目的观察新活素治疗老年高龄充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效。方法选取2015年5月—2017年5月期间在该院接受诊治的106例老年高龄慢性CHF患者,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组53例,对照组接受常规观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用新活素,观察比较两组患者治疗前后HR、LVEDD、LVEF、血清BNP水平变化情况、疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后观察组患者的HR、LVEDD、血清BNP水平明显低于对照组,LVEF明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组治疗的总有效率分别为96.2%、62.3%,不良反应发生率分别为3.8%、22.6%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新活素治疗老年高龄CHF患者可有效改善其心功能,调节神经内分泌激素,疗效确切,且不良反应少,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of natriuretic peptide in treatment of senile patients with congestive heart failure.Methods 106 cases of senile patients with chronic CHF diagnosed in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 53 cases in each,the control group adopted the routine treatment,while the observation group added the natriuretic peptide on the basis of the routine treatment,and the changes of HR,LVEDD,LVEF,serum BNP levels,curative effect and occurrence of adverse reactions before and after treatment of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the HR,LVEDD and serum BNP level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the LVEF was obviously higher than that in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),the total treatment effective rate and incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group and in the control group were respectively 96.2%,62.3%and 3.8%,22.6%,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The natriuretic peptide in treatment of senile patients with congestive heart failure can effectively improve the heart function and adjust the neurohormones,and the curative effect is definite with few adverse reactions,and it is worth promotion and application.
