桥接组合式内固定系统应用于四肢和骨盆骨折的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Bridge Combined Type Internal Fixation System in the Extremities and Pelvic Fracture

目的主要研究四肢骨折患者和骨盆骨折患者均采用桥接组合式内固定系统(BCIFS,以下简称桥接系统)的方式治疗的效果。方法任选2015年1月—2016年1月在该院治疗的30例四肢骨折患者和20例骨盆骨折患者作为研究重点,根据所选患者临床治疗方案不同分为研究组(25例,采用桥接系统治疗)和参照组(25例,采用传统切开复位内固定方案治疗),比较疗效差异。结果在骨折复位评价为"优"例数和概率上比较差异有统计学意义(研究组评价为"优"例数和概率分别为23例、92%,参照组为17例、68%。结论和传统疗法相比,四肢骨折患者和骨盆骨折患者采用桥接系统治疗骨折愈合、复位效果更佳。

Objective To mainly research the effect of bridge combined type internal fixation system in the extremities and pelvic fracture.Methods 30 cases of patients with extremities fracture and 20 cases of patients with pelvic fracture treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with 25 cases in each according to the different clinical treatment plans,the research group and the control group were respectively treated with bridge system and traditional open reduction internal fixation plan,and the difference in the curative effect was compared.Results The differences in the number of cases whose fracture reductions were excellent and probability between the research group and the control group were obvious(23 cases,92%vs 17 cases,68%).Conclusion The fracture healing and reduction effect of bridge system in treatment of patients with extremities fracture and pelvic fracture are better than those of the traditional therapy.
