重度痔疮应用吻合器痔上黏膜环形切除术治疗的效果分析

Analysis of Effect of Procedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoids in Treatment of Severe Haemorrhoids

目的观察与分析重度痔疮患者应用吻合器痔上黏膜环形切除术治疗的临床治疗效果。方法研究对象为该院在2016年2月—2017年2月期间收治的重度痔疮患者86例,随机分为对照组与研究组,前者采用传统肛门紧缩术治疗,后者实施吻合器痔上黏膜环形切除术治疗,观察与比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组手术时间、术中出血量以及患者术后住院时间均优于对照组;同时研究组患者手术总治疗有效率为95.3%高于对照组患者的76.7%;但研究组并发症发生率9.3%低于对照组的并发症发生率25.6%(P<0.05)。结论重度痔疮患者应用吻合器痔上黏膜环形切除术治疗,患者术中出血量较少、术后恢复较快,且无严重术后并发症,是一种安全、有效的手术治疗方法,值得推广。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids?in treatment of severe haemorrhoids.Methods 86 cases of patients with severe haemorrhoids admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the research group were respectively treated with traditional anus Reefing and procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids,and the treatment effect of the two groups was observed and compared.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and length of stay after surgery of patients in the research group were better than those in the control group,at the same time,the total operative treatment effective rate was higher than that in the control group,(95.3%vs 76.7%),but the incidence rate of complications in the research group was lower than that in the control group(9.3%vs 25.6%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The intraoperative bleeding loss of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids in treatment of severe haemorrhoids is less but the recovery after surgery is rapid without severe complications,which is a safe and effective operation treatment method,and it is worth promotion.
