软组织平衡在膝外翻全膝关节置换术中的应用

Application of Soft Tissue Balance in the Genu Valgum Total Knee Replacement

目的对软组织平衡在膝外翻全膝关节置换术中的应用效果进行分析。方法选取该院2015年7月—2017年4月收治的膝外翻患者共18例作为该次研究对象,跟踪观察软组织在膝外翻全膝关节置换术中的应用效果进行探究,并对患者膝关节功能进行评分。结果跟踪观察患者预后情况,随访持续6~20个月,术后未出现髌骨半脱位或者是脱位,但是有1例膝关节内侧不稳,术后评分高于术前;末次随访患者的HSS平均评分为(85.2±5.6)分,其中优12膝,良7膝,可2膝,优良率为90.5%;术中ROM平均(136.5±4.8)°,末次随访时平均(123.6±6.8)°。结论软组织平衡在膝外翻全膝关节置换术中的应用效果显著,是TKA术中矫正重度外翻较为理想的治疗方法。

Objective To analyze the application effect of soft tissue balance in the genu valgum total knee replacement.Methods 18 cases of genu valgum patients admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2015 to April 2017 were selected as the research objects and the application effect of soft tissues in the genu valgum total knee replacement was traced and studied and the knee joint function of patients was scored.Results The prognosis situation of patients was traced and observed and followed up for 6 months to 20 months,and there was no subluxation or luxation of the patella,but there was 1 case with knee medial unsteadiness,and the postoperative score was higher than that before surgery,and the average HSS score of patients at the final follow-up was(85.2±5.6)points,including 12 excellent cases,7 good cases,2 fair cases,and the excellent and good rate was 90.5%,and the average intraoperative ROM was(136.5±4.8)°,and the average final follow-up time was(123.6±6.8)°.Conclusion The application effect of soft tissue balance in the genu valgum total knee replacement is obvious,which is an ideal treatment method of correcting the severe ectropion in the TKA surgery.
