浅表性膀胱肿瘤临床治疗中经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术的应用研究

Research on Application of Transurethral Resection of Bladder Tumor in Clinical Treatment of Superficial Bladder Tumors

目的研究分析浅表性膀胱肿瘤临床治疗中经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术的应用效果。方法从2015年1月—2016年2月该院收治的浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者中选取58例进行统计学分析,随机分为观察组(经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗,29例)和对照组(传统开放手术治疗,29例),对比两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、置管时间、住院时间、术后并发症发生率、1年后复发率和治疗依从性。结果观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、置管时间、住院时间、治疗依从性分别为(42.6±11.5)min、(41.8±10.1)m L、(3.7±1.5)d、(7.1±3.1)d、96.6%,同对照组患者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者中1例患者在术后1年出现复发现象,其发生率为3.4%;对照组患者中3例患者在术后1年出现复发现象,其发生率为10.3%。两组患者术后1年复发率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术能很好的改善浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者临床症状,缩短患者置管时间和住院时间,提高患者治疗依从性,且术后并发症发生率和1年复发率不高,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To research and analyze the application effect of transurethral resection of bladder tumor in clinical treatment of superficial bladder tumors.Methods 58 cases of patients with superficial bladder tumors admitted and treated in our hospital From January 2015 to Febuary 2016 were randomly divided into two groups with 29 cases in each,the observation group were treated with transurethral resection of bladder tumor,while the control group were treated with traditional open surgery,and the operation time,intraoperative bleeding loss,tube placing time,length of stay,incidence rate of postoperative complications,recurrence rate after 1 year and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,intraoperative bleeding loss,tube placing time,length of stay and treatment compliance in the observation group were respectively(42.6±11.5)min,(41.8±10.1)mL,(3.7±1.5)d,(7.1±3.1)d,96.6%,and the differences between the two groups were obvious with statistical significance(P<0.05),in the observation group,1 case recurred and the incidence rate was 3.4%,in the control group,3 cases recurred in 1 year after operation and the incidence rate was 10.3%,and the difference in the 1-year recurrence rate between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Transurethral resection of bladder tumor can better improve the clinical symptoms of patients with superficial bladder tumors,shorten the tube placement time and length of stay of patients and improve the treatment compliance,and the incidence rate of postoperative complications and 1-year recurrence rate are not high,and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
