中药制剂便通灵胶囊的质量标准研究

Research on Quality Standards of Chinese Medicine Preparation of Biantongling Capsules

目的制订医院中药制剂便通灵胶囊的质量标准。方法采用TLC法鉴别处方中的大黄成分,HPLC法测定大黄五种主要成分及总蒽醌的含量。结果便通灵经过TLC和HPLC检测方法进行鉴别获得了较强的专属性,有效控制了该制剂的药品质量。结论提高了中药制剂便通灵胶囊的质量标准,可更好的控制其质量。

Objective To make the quality standards of Chinese medicine preparation of biantongling capsules.Methods The rhubarb component in the prescriptions was identified by the TLC method,and the five main components and total content of anthraquinone were measured by the HPLC method.Results The strong specificity of biantongling was obtained by the identificaion of TLC and HPLC test methods and the drug quality of this prepration was effectively controlled.Conclusion The improvement of quality standards of Chinese medicine preparation of biantongling capsules can better control its quality.
