88例药品不良反应分析总结

Analysis and Summarization of 88 Cases with Adverse Drug Reaction

目的为了更加有效地加强该院的用药安全、提高用药的合理性、提高医药治疗的质量,更加深入地开展了相关的药品不良反应监测工作。方法针对该院在2017年1—5月4个月中上报的88例药品不良反应的报告进行深入的分析与总结。结果由注射剂型药品引起的不良反应的案例有78例,占所有案例的88%,其他剂型(主要为口服)引起不良反应的案例有10例,占总案例数的12%;化学药品引起的不良反应的案例达到了73例,占总案例数的83%,中成药引起的不良反应的案例有15例,占总案例数的17%。除此之外,在该院13种中药注射剂中,有6种引发了不良反应,占总案例数的46%。实际上,药品不良反应的发生与药品本身、制备工艺、患者个体差异等诸多因素都有直接或者间接的关系,由药品不良反应导致器官或系统的损害以皮肤及其附件最为常见。结论应该大力加强药品不良反应的相关监测工作,避免或减少药品不良反应的发生,从而有效地提高用药的安全性,进而有效地提高医疗的质量。

Objective To deeply conduct the monitoring work of adverse drug reactions in order to effectively enhance the medication safety,improve the medication rationality and medical treatment quality.Methods The reports of 88 cases with adverse drug reactions in our hospital from January to April 2017 four months were deeply analyzed and summarized.Results There were 78 cases with adverse reactions caused by the injection drugs,accounting for 88%,and there were 10 cases with adverse reactions caused by the other doses(oral administration),accounting for 12%,and there were 73 cases with adverse reactions caused by the chemicals,accounting for 83%,and there were 15 cases with adverse reactions caused by the Chinese patent drugs,accounting for 17%.Besides,in the 13 kinds of hebral injections in our hospital,there were six kinds causing the adverse reactions,accounting for 46%.In fact,the occurnece of drugs adverse reactions had a direct and indirect correlation with the the drugs,prepration craft,individual difference of paitents,and the impariments of organs or systems,skins and accessories caused by the adverse drugs reactions were the most common.Conclusion We should greatly enhance the related monitoring work of adverse drug reactions,avoid or reduce the occurene of adverse drug reactions thus efffectively improving the medication safety and medical quality.
