中医护理结合护理干预对降低中老年腹股沟斜疝修补术后便秘的影响分析

Analysis of Effect of Chinese Medical Nursing and Nursing Intervnetion on Reducing the Constipation of Middle and Old Aged Patients after the Hernioplasty for Indirect Inguinal Hernia

目的探究中老年腹股沟斜疝修补术采用中医护理结合护理干预对其术后便秘的影响。方法选取该院2015年2月—2017年2月收治的86例中老年腹股沟斜疝修补术患者,并采用数据表法将其分为两组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的前提下实施中医护理干预,对两组患者的便秘、焦虑、伤口延迟愈合与护理满意度情况予以对比。结果观察组患者便秘发生率4.65%低于对照组的37.21%,观察组患者焦虑发生率6.98%低于对照组的62.79%,观察组患者的伤口延迟愈合发生率2.33%低于对照组的16.28%(P<0.05);对照组患者满意度72.09%,低于观察组的97.68%;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中老年腹股沟斜疝修补术采用中医护理结合护理干预,可使患者的便秘发生率、复发率以及并发症发生率明显降低,提高患者的满意度。

Objective To study the effect of chinese medical nursing and nursing intervnetion on reducing the constipation of middle and old aged patients after the hernioplasty for indirect inguinal hernia.Methods 86 cases of patients with middle and old aged patients after the hernioplasty for indirect inguinal hernia admited and treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected and divided into two groups,the control group adopted the routien nursing,while the observation group adopted the chinese medicine nursing on the basis of the control group,and the constipation,anxiety,wound delayed healing and nursing satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rate of constipation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(4.65%vs 37.21%);the incience rate of anxiety in the observaion group was lower than that in the control group(6.98%vs 62.79%);the incidence rate of wound delayed healing in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,(2.33%vs 16.28%)(P<0.05)the satisactroy degree in the control group was lower than that in the observation group,(72.09%vs 97.68%),and the differences were statsitically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The chinese medical nursing and nursing intervnetion on reducing the constipation of middle and old aged patients after the hernioplasty for indirect inguinal hernia can obviously reduce the incidence rate of constipation,recurrence rate and incidence rate of complications and improve the satsifactory degree of patients.
