摘要
目的分析健康教育对心内科患者治疗的依从性及心理健康的影响。方法选取2016年1月—2017年1月间于该院心内科治疗的患者120例作为研究对象,按照患者入院先后顺序,按照随机数字表法对患者进行分组,分为对照组与观察组,每组60例。对照组患者采用常规护理方式,观察组在此基础上加入健康教育,观察两组的治疗依从性、治疗效果及心理状况评分。结果观察组治疗有效率为96.67%,远高于对照组治疗有效率83.33%,两组患者治疗前SDS、SAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的SDS、SAS评分均有所改善,且观察组患者的SDS评分(32.01±1.78)分、SAS评分(29.45±2.48)分明显优于对照组;观察组患者的治疗依从度高于对照组患者,以上数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育能够提高患者的治疗依从度,且能够帮助患者进行心理疏导,消除患者的负面情绪,对治疗效果具有促进作用,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of health education on the treatment compliance and mental health of patients in the department of cardiology.Methods 120 cases of patients treated in the department of cardiology in our hospial from January 2016 to Janaury 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each,the control group adopted the routien nursing method,while the observation group adopted the health education on the basis of the control group,and the treatment compliance,treatment effect and mental state of the two groups were observed.Results The treatment effective rate in the observation group was much higher than that in the control group,(96.67%vs 83.33%),and the differences in the SDS and SAS scores between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were improved,and the SDS score and SAS scores in the observation group were respectively(32.01±1.78)points and(29.45±2.48)points,which were obviously better than those in the control group,and the treatment compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differnece between the two groups was statsitically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education can improve the treatment compliance,which can help patients conduct the psychological counseling and eliminate the negative emotions of patients,and it has a promotion effect on the treatment effect,and it is worth clinical promotion.
