联合使用冻干血小板和冷沉淀对糖尿病难治创面的愈合作用 被引量:2

摘要 本文旨在研究联合使用冻干血小板和冷沉淀对糖尿病难治创面的愈合作用。首先,选择健康雄性小鼠作为研究对象,制作糖尿病难治创面模型。随后,分别将冻干冷沉淀、冻干血小板、冻干血小板和冻干冷沉淀联合作用于创面,作用5、10、15和20天后观察难治创面的再上皮化速率;作用第15天后收集创面组织并检测血管内皮生长因子、一氧化氮合酶和一氧化氮的表达量。结果表明,FDP组,FDC组和FDP-FDC联合组的再上皮化速率以及血管内皮生长因子、一氧化氮合酶和一氧化氮的表达量均显著高于糖尿病模型组,且FDP与FDC联合组对糖尿病难治创面的愈合效果显著高于FDP组或FDC组。因此,联合使用冻干血小板和冷沉淀对糖尿病难治创面具有较好的促愈合作用。 The object of this study is to reveal the effect of combined use of freeze-dried platelets(FDP)and freeze-dried cryoprecipitate(FDC)on promotion the healing of diabetic wound.The model of refractory diabetic wound was first established by using the healthy male mice.The wound was then treated with FDP and/or FDC for 5,10,15 and 20 days,respectively.The re-epithelialization rate of the treated wound was observed.Besides,the productions of vascular endothelial growth factor,endothelial nitric oxide synthase and nitric oxide in the treated wound were also determined.Results showed the re-epithelialization rate and the productions of vascular endothelial growth factor,endothelial nitric oxide synthase and nitric oxide of the wound treated by FDP and/or FDC were much better than those of the control model.Moreover,the combined use of FDP and FDC was better than the single use of FDP or FDC.Therefore,the combined use of FDP and FDC was benefit for the healing of diabetic wound.
