It is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of the middle school library to promote the reading atmosphere of the whole school by reading and promoting.The reading and spreading practice of the library of The Middle School affiliated to the Central Conservatory of Music has the characteristics of the cooperation of the whole school,the regular service,the participation of everyone and the brand effect.The reading promotion work of middle school library should establish long term operation mechanism,strengthen evaluation and record,expand channels,deeply integrate with education and teaching,and attach importance to Librarian Continuing Education Training.
