摘要
在深入分析当前空管系统管理评审中常见问题的基础上,结合行业特性和实际工作经验,提出有效实施管理评审的基本方法和步骤,以期对后续开展管理评审工作提供一些启示和借鉴。
Based on the analysis of current problems in management review work,and combined with the ATC industry characteristics and practical work experience,brings forward the basic methods and steps to do management review work,hope to provide some enlightenment and reference for the subsequent management review.
