从我国现行的航空事故调查相关法律规范的分析中不难看出,我国航空事故调查立法存在诸多缺陷,需要总结借鉴域外航空事故调查立法经验。本文为实现制定出一套更加科学合理的、整体上协调一致的国内航空事故调查法律规范提出相关建议和意见,保证航空事故调查的公正、高效和权威,真正实现查明事故原因、预防类似事故再次发生的调查目的。

It is not difficult to see from the analysis of the relevant legal norms of China’s current aviation accident investigation that there are many flaws in China’s aviation accident investigation legislation,and we need to sum up the experience of overseas aviation accident investigation legislation.This article proposes a set of more scientific and reasonable,overall harmonized laws and regulations on domestic aviation accident investigation and puts forward relevant suggestions and opinions to ensure the fairness,efficiency and authority of aviation accident investigations,and truly realize the causes of accidents and prevent similar accidents.The purpose of the recurrence of the investigation.
