摘要
通过对离心泵低流量保护系统的对比,简析自循环控制阀保护系统的优势。针对三门核电启动给水泵再循环回路中使用的自动再循环阀运行原理、结构及设计特点,着重分析自动再循环阀在最小流量试验期间出现的低流量故障现象。
Compared with the low-flow protection system of centrifugal pump,the advantages of the self-circulation control valve protection system are briefly analyzed.For the operation principle,structure and design features of the automatic recirculation valve used in the three-door nuclear start feedwater pump recirculation loop,the low flow failure phenomenon of the automatic recirculation valve during the minimum flow test is emphatically analyzed.
