摘要
在MOOC背景下,基于SPOC理念的课堂翻转教学倍受教育者的青睐,对教师教学技能的传统评价方法已跟不上新课程改革的步伐。本文提出了一种对教师教学技能评价的新方法,对专家给出的概率犹豫模糊语言评价信息进行融合,从而得出教师教学技能的排序,并以安徽建筑大学《线性代数》课程教学为例进一步说明了新方法的实用性和有效性。
Under the background of MOOC,Flipping Classroom teaching is favored by educators based on SPOC.The traditional evaluation methods of teachers’teaching skills have not been able to keep with the new curriculum reform.This paper presents a novel method for the evaluation of teachers’teaching skills,the probabilistic hesitant fuzzy sets have been given by experts to assessment information fusion,thus ranks the teaching skills of teachers.Takes the architecture-“linear algebra”teaching of Anhui University as an example,to illustrate the practicality and effectiveness of the new method further.
