摘要
分析了目前实训教学存在的问题,结合本校药物制剂实训教学特点,按高职院校人才培养目标要求,在实训教学中进行了微课和翻转课堂相结合的教学模式尝试,结果表明,有效地激发学生们的学习兴趣,变被动为主动,提高了学生自主学习、理解、动手操作能力。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in practical training teaching,combines the characteristics of practical training of the pharmaceutical preparations in the school,and tries to combine the teaching mode of micro-teaching and flipping the classroom in practical training according to the requirements of the talent training objectives in higher vocational colleges.The results show that students'interest in learning is effectively stimulated,and they become passive and active,which improves the students’ability to study,understand,and operate independently.
