摘要
目的:本研究旨在全面反映我校护理学本科毕业生就业质量状况,为提升我校护理学本科毕业生的就业质量和就业竞争力提供有效的参考途径和方法。方法:此次研究主要从护理学专业毕业生就业质量评价体系~[1]的三个主体方面展开:高校,用人单位,高校毕业生,熟练运用质量控制分析工具深度剖析影响护理学本科毕业生就业质量的因素,结合高校,用人单位和高校毕业生自身的状况和特点,探讨提升护理学本科毕业生就业质量的途径和方法。结果:确立了提高护理学本科毕业生就业质量的三个优先级指标:高校毕业生就业率,用人单位的满意度,高校毕业生对工作单位的满意度。针对三个优先级指标,每项再确立一个质量改进项目,根据原因分析采取针对性措施持续改进。结论:护理学本科毕业生就业质量总体较好,尚有提升空间。
Objective This study aims to fully reflect the quality of employment of nursing graduates in our school and to provide effective reference ways and methods for improving the employment quality and employment competitiveness of nursing graduates in our school.Methods This study was conducted from the three main aspects of the evaluation system for the employment quality of nursing graduates[1]:colleges,employers,college graduates,and proficient use of quality control analysis tools to deeply analyze the quality of employment of nursing graduates The factors,combined with the status and characteristics of colleges and universities,employers and college graduates themselves,explore ways and methods for improving the quality of employment of nursing undergraduates.Results Three priority indicators for improving the employment quality of nursing undergraduates were established:the employment rate of college graduates,the satisfaction of employers,and the degree of satisfaction of college graduates with work units.For each of the three priority indicators,a quality improvement project was established for each item.Based on the analysis of the causes,targeted measures were continuously improved.Conclusion The quality of employment of undergraduate nursing graduates is generally good and there is still room for improvement.
