摘要
本文介绍了一种核电站控制棒驱动机构套管轴的结构特点和精度要求,分析了套管轴深孔加工、外圆面加工、对称槽加工等主要工艺难点,提出了对应的解决措施,探索出了一套长筒类零件机械加工方法,通过试验验证,达到了套管轴的设计要求。
This paper introduces the control rod drive mechanism casing shaft structure features and precision requirements of one kind nuclear power plant,analyzes the deep hole processing,the cylindrical casing shaft surface machining,symmetric trough and other main technological difficulties,put forward the corresponding solutions,explore a set of tube parts machining methods,through the test,reached the telescopic shaft design requirements.
