原油非线性优化调合方法研究

摘要 针对原油非线性优化算法求解优化解时,常常陷入局部极值或优化无解的情况,本文提出一种基于分区初始化的原油非线性优化调合方法。该方法首先将各组分原油配方范围分成多份,然后对其进行重新组合形成初始质量份配比,进而优化求解并计算各优化配方的可行性,最后从优化配方集合中选出最优的一组解作为最终的配方。 In order to solve the optimization solution of crude oil nonlinear optimization algorithm,it often falls into the situation of local extremum or optimization without solution.This paper presents a method of non-linear optimization blending of crude oil based on partition initialization.The method first divides the range of crude oil composition of each component into multiple parts,and then recombines them to form an initial mass ratio,so as to optimize the solution and calculate the feasibility of each optimized formulation.Finally,the optimal formulation is selected from the optimized formulation set.A set of solutions as the final recipe.
