摘要
文章针对铰接列车制动时因半挂牵引车车轮先于半挂车车轮抱死而产生"折叠"、"挂车冲击牵引车"等现象,分析了我国GB 21861-2014、GB 18565-2016等制动性能台试检验方法的局限性。在此基础上,分析了欧盟ISO21069.1和ECER13的标准规定,研究了一点法和两点法的计算原理,阐述了半挂牵引车与半挂车的制动强度与管路压力关系要求、制动响应时间要求等铰接列车制动协调性评价方法,为我国铰接列车制动性能台试检验相关标准的制修订提供了借鉴。
The articulated vehicle braking for tractor wheels before the semi-trailer wheel lock and"fold","tractor trailer shock"phenomenon,analyzes the limitation of our GB 21861-2014 and GB 18565-2016 test braking performance test method.Based on this point,the ISO 21069.1 and ECER13 standards are analyzed,the calculation principle of one point and two points method,elaborated the braking strength and pressure between tractor and trailer braking requirements,response time requirements of braking coordination evaluation method provides a reference for articulated vehicle,braking performance articulated vehicle in China test revision inspection standards.
