摘要
脂代谢紊乱是糖尿病最常见的病理生理改变之一,对糖尿病及其微血管并发症发生和发展的影响不容忽视。相较于降糖和降血压措施可能带来的低血糖和低血压危害,降脂干预更具高安全性、低风险的优势,对糖尿病微血管并发症的预防与治疗意义可能更为重大。目前,国内外研究多提示糖尿病微血管并发症与脂毒(以血脂异常和脂质异位沉积为主要表现形式)之间密切相关,但仍然无法明确二者之间的具体作用关系以及不同微血管并发症所对应的相关性最强的脂质异常类型。本文就脂毒与糖尿病微血管并发症之间的相关性研究进行综述,以期为糖尿病微血管并发症的预防与治疗提供参考。
Lipid metabolism disorder is one of the most common pathophysiological changes of diabetes and its impact on diabetic microvascular complications should not be ignored.In addition to this,lipid-lowering interventions have less risks compared with antihypertensive and glucose-lowering treatments.Existing studies have shown that lipotoxicity,characterized by dyslipidemia or ectopic lipid accumulation,could be closely associated with diabetic microvascular complications.This paper reviews the study of relationship between lipotoxicity and diabetic microvascular complications,to provide a convenient knowledge based on lipid metabolism for prevention and therapy of diabetic microvascular complications.
