大剂量丙种球蛋白治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭患者的效果

Efficacy of high-dose gamma globulin in patients with heart failure due to dilated cardiomyopathy

目的评价大剂量丙种球蛋白治疗对扩张型心肌病心力衰竭患者的效果。方法选择我院收治的96例扩张型心肌病心衰患者,按照1∶1比例分为观察组和对照组,各48例。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组接受常规治疗+大剂量丙种球蛋白治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组LVEDD、LVEF、BNP、IgG水平较治疗前均改善,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者好转率为83.33%,明显高于对照组的50.00%(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论常规治疗基础上配合大量丙种球蛋白治疗扩张型心肌病心衰可以提高治疗效果,改善患者的LVEDD、LVEF、BNP及Ig G水平。

Objective To evaluate the effect of high-dose gamma globulin in patients with heart failure due to dilated cardiomyopathy.Methods A total of 96 patients with heart failure due to dilated cardiomyopathy admitted in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to the ratio of 1:1,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received routine therapy,and the observation group received conventional therapy plus high-dose gamma globulin therapy.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of LVEDD,LVEF,BNP and IgG in both groups improved compared with those before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The improvement rate of the observation group was 83.33%,which was significantly higher than 50.00%of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P跃0.05).Conclusion High-dose gamma globulin applied in patients with heart failure due to dilated cardiomyopathy on the basis of routine treatment can improve the effect of treatment,and improve the levels of LVEDD,LVEF BNP,and IgG of the patients.
