阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗脑梗死的临床效果

Clinical study of aspirin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of cerebral infarction

目的探讨阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗脑梗死的临床效果。方法选择本院收治的脑梗死患者116例,以便利抽样法分为对照组和联合组,各58例,对照组单用阿司匹林治疗,联合组采取阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗,对比观察两组患者临床效果。结果联合组NIHSS评分、Hcy及CRP水平均低于对照组,Barthel指数高于对照组(P<0.05);两组牙龈出血、血尿、恶心呕吐、结膜出血发生率对比差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗脑梗死临床效果显著,可有效阻止血栓形成,保护血管内皮功能,且用药安全,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of aspirin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred and sixteen patients with cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and combined group according to convenient sampling method,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin alone.The combination group was treated with aspirin combined with clopidogrel.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The NIHSS score,levels of Hcy and CRP in the combined group were lower than those in the control group,and the Barthel index was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant differences in the incidences of gingival bleeding,hematuria,nausea and vomiting and conjunctival bleeding between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effects of aspirin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of cerebral infarction is effective.It can effectively prevent thrombosis,protect the vascular endothelial function,with drug safety.It is worthy of clinical application.
