慢性脑供血不足患者血清S100β蛋白、Hcy水平与认知功能的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨慢性脑供血不足(CCCI)患者血清S100β蛋白、Hcy水平与认知功能的关系。方法选取我院收治的CCCI患者57例作为研究组,另选取55例健康体检者作为健康组,比较两组血清S100β蛋白、Hcy水平及MoCA评分。分析研究组中血清S100β蛋白、Hcy水平与MoCA量表评分的相关性。结果研究组的血清S100β蛋白、Hcy水平高于健康组(P<0.05),研究组的MoCA量表评分低于健康组(P<0.05);研究组患者的血清S100β蛋白、Hcy水平与MoCA量表评分呈负相关(P<0.05),血清S100β水平与血清Hcy水平无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论血清S100β蛋白、Hcy水平与CCCI患者的认知功能障碍有明显的相关性,应通过检测血清S100β蛋白、Hcy水平及早采取预防措施,以延缓病情发展。 Objective To investigate the relationship between serum S100βprotein,Hcy levels and cognitive function in patients with chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency(CCCI).Methods Fifty-seven cases of CCCI patients in our hospital were selected as the study group,and 55 healthy people were selected as the healthy group.The serum S100βprotein levels,Hcy levels and MoCA scores were compared between the two groups,then the relationship between serum S100βprotein,Hcy level and MoCA score in the study group were analyzed.Results The serum S100βprotein and Hcy levels in the study group were higher than those in the healthy group(P<0.05),and the MoCA score in the study group was lower than that in the healthy group(P<0.05).In the study group,the serum S100βprotein,Hcy levels were negatively correlated with MoCA score(P<0.05),and there was no significant correlation between serum S100βparotain and Hcy level(P>0.05).Conclusion Serum S100βprotein and Hcy levels are significantly correlated with cognitive impairment in patients with CCCI.Serum S100βprotein and Hcy levels should be detected,and preventive measures should be taken as early as possible to delay the development of the disease.
