肠内营养与肠外营养在直肠癌患者术后恢复中的应用效果

Application effects of enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition on postoperative recovery of rectal cancer patients

目的探讨肠内营养与肠外营养在直肠癌患者术后恢复中的应用效果。方法选择本院收治的直肠癌手术患者80例,以营养方式异同分为肠内组(给予肠内营养支持)和肠外组(给予肠外营养支持),各40例。对两组患者恢复情况和营养指标进行观察对比。结果干预后,两组TRF、ALB、PA、RBP水平均升高,且肠内组ALB、PA、RBP水平均高于肠外组(P<0.05)。且肠内组胃肠道功能恢复时间、住院时间短于对照组,住院费用低于肠外组(P<0.05)。结论与肠外营养支持相比,肠内营养有利于直肠癌患者术后恢复,改善营养状况,且操作更为便捷,有临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition on postoperative recovery of rectal cancer patients.Methods Eighty patients with rectal cancer in our hospital were selected and divided into intestine group(given enteral nutrition support)and parenteral group(given parenteral nutrition support)according to the different nutritione methods,with 40 cases in each group.The recovery and nutritional indicators of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After intervention,the levels of TRF,ALB,PA and RBP in both groups increased,and the levels of ALB,PA and RBP in the intestine group were higher than those in the parenteral group(P<0.05).The recovery time of gastrointestinal function,hospitalization time in the intestine group were shorter and hospitalization cost was less than those in the parenteral group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with parenteral nutrition,enteral nutrition is beneficial to the recovery of rectal cancer patients and improve the nutritional status,and the operation of which is more convenient,it has clinical application value.
