微小型钛板在口腔颌面外科多发骨折患者治疗中的应用效果

Application efficacy of titanium mini-plate in the treatment of multiple fracture in oral and maxillofacial surgery

目的分析并探讨微小型钛板在口腔颌面外科多发骨折患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选择本院在2013年6月至2016年6月收治的50例口腔颌面外科多发骨折患者,按照治疗方法分成A组(28例)与B组(22例),A组给予微小型钛板内固定治疗,B组采取传统内固定治疗。对比两组的治疗效果与并发症发生情况。结果 A组的治疗总有效率(92.86%)略高于B组(81.82%)(P>0.05)。A组的并发症总发生率(10.71%)低于B组(45.45%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微小型钛板内固定治疗口腔颌面外科多发骨折具有显著的治疗效果,可以降低患者出现并发症的几率。

Objective To analyze the application efficacy of titanium mini-plate in the treatment of multiple fracture in oral and maxillofacial surgery.Methods A total of 50 cases of patients with multiple fracture in oral and maxillofacial surgery admitted in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2016 were divided into group A(28 cases)and group B(22 cases)according to different treatment methods.The group A was treated with titanium mini-plate,and the group B was treated with traditional internal fixation.The treatment effects and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the group A(92.86%)was slightly higher than that in the group B(81.82%)(P>0.05).The total incidence of complications in the group A(10.71%)was lower than that in the group B(45.45%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Titanium mini-plate internal fixation for multiple fractures in oral and maxillofacial surgery has a significant therapeutic effect,it can reduce the probability of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
