布拉氏酵母菌散与乳果糖联合治疗小儿功能性便秘的临床效果

Clinical effect of Saccharomyces boulardii combined with lactulose in the treatment of children with functional constipation

目的研究布拉氏酵母菌散与乳果糖联合治疗小儿功能性便秘的临床效果。方法选取2014年4月至2017年4月在我院收治的80例功能性便秘的患儿为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组使用乳果糖治疗,观察组使用布拉氏酵母菌散联合乳果糖治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组患儿接受治疗半个月、1个月后的病情改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组大便频率改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布拉氏酵母菌联合传统药物治疗功能性便秘效果更好,病情改善情况更为显著。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Saccharomyces boulardii combined with lactulose in the treatment of children with functional constipation.Methods From April 2014 to April 2017,a total of 80 children with functional constipation treated in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with lactulose and the observation group was given Saccharomyces boulardii combined with lactulose.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results The improvement of the condition in the observation group after the treatment for half a month or a month were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement of the frequency of defecation in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Saccharomyces boulardii combined with conventional drug therapy on functional constipation has better effect,which can improve the condition of children.
