重组人干扰素α1b联合小儿双金清热口服液治疗手足口病疗效分析

Effect analysis of recombinant human interferon α1b combined with Xiao'er Shuangjin Qingre oral liquid in treatment of children with hand-foot-mouth disease

目的探讨重组人干扰素α1b联合小儿双金清热口服液治疗儿童普通型手足口病的临床应用价值。方法选取我院2016年1月至2017年5月收治的手足口病患儿普通型病例100例为研究对象,随机将其分为治疗组和对照组,各50例。对照组患儿给予重组人干扰素α1b注射液抗病毒治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用小儿双金清热口服液治疗。观察比较两组患儿的临床症状、体征、疗效及治疗前、后的血常规WBC、Lym、CRP检测结果。结果治疗组患儿的退热时间、皮疹消退时间、口腔溃疡消退时间及总病程均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患儿的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4 d后,治疗组患儿的血常规WBC、CRP水平均较治疗前降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重组人干扰素α1b联合小儿双金清热口服液治疗普通型手足口病能够显著改善患儿临床症状,具有较好的疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical application value of recombinant human interferonα1b combined with Xiao'er Shuangjin Qingre oral liquid in treatment of children with ordinary type hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods A total of 100 cases of children with ordinary type hand-foot-mouth disease treated in our hospital from January 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given recombinant human interferonα1b injection antiviral therapy,the treatment group added Xiao'er Shuangjin Qingre oral liquid on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptoms,signs,curative effects and the test results of blood routine WBC,Lym and CRP before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The antipyretic time,rash subsidence time,oral ulcer subsidence time and the total duration of the treatment group were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 d of treatment,the levels of blood routine WBC and CRP in the treatment group were lower than those before treatment,and those in the treatment group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human interferonα1b combined with Xiao'er Shuangjin Qingre oral liquid in the treatment of children with ordinary type hand-foot-mouth disease can significantly improve children's clinical symptoms,has a good effect,it is worth clinical promotion and application.
