大剂量甲泼尼龙联合丙种球蛋白治疗手足口病临床疗效

Clinical efficiency of high-dose methylprednisolone combined with gamma globulin in the treatment of hand-foot-and-mouth disease

目的探究应用大剂量甲泼尼龙与丙种球蛋白联合治疗手足口病(HFMD)的近远期效果。方法选取我院2012年3月至2017年3月期间收治的60例发热普通型HFMD患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组予以甲泼尼龙治疗。观察组予以大剂量甲泼尼龙与丙种球蛋白联合治疗。对比患者用不同治疗方案后的近远期效果。结果予以不同治疗方案后,观察组患者的临床总有效率(93.33%,28/30)显著优于对照组(73.33%,22/60)(P<0.05)。观察组患者的发热消退时间、肢体抖动缓解时间、临床治愈时间、皮肤疱疹愈合时间及精神差恢复时间显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗发热普通型HFMD患者的过程中,应用大剂量甲泼尼龙与丙种球蛋白联合治疗可显著缩短患者各项临床指标的改善时间,并有助于治疗效果的提升,应广泛推广。

Objective To explore the short-term and long-term effects of high-dose methylprednisolone combined with gamma globulin in the treatment of hand-foot-and-mouth disease(HFMD).Methods Sixty patients with fever and commonHFMDadmited in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2017 were seleted and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with methylprednisolone,the observation group was treated with high-dose methylprednisolone combined with gamma globulin.The short-term and long-term effects of different treatment methods were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group(93.33%,28/30)was significantly better than that in the control group(73.33%,22/60)after the different treatment regimens(P<0.05).The subsidence time of fever,the remission time of limb jitter,clinical cure time,skin herpes healing time and mental recovery time in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of fever and common HFMD,the combination of high-dose methylprednisolone and gamma globulin can significantly shorten the improvement time of various clinical indexes and improve the therapeutic effect.It is worthy of widely application.
