六味地黄汤加味用于2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症治疗的效果

Effect of modified Liuwei Dihuang decoction on treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis

目的分析六味地黄汤加味用于2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症疗效。方法选取我院126例2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者,随机分为对照组(常规西药疗法)和治疗组(中西药物联合),监测并记录血糖水平、骨密度等指标变化情况。结果治疗后,治疗组血糖水平、骨密度OC、TRACP-5b、ALP指标均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组骨痛治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症,中药六味地黄汤加味联合西药治疗的效果良好,可显著改善患者的血糖水平,有效抑制骨吸收。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of modified Liuwei Dihuang decoction on type 2 diabetes with osteoporosis.Methods One hundred and twenty-six cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with osteoporosis were selected and randomly divided into control group(conventional western medicine)and treatment group(Chinese combined with western medicine).The changes of blood glucose and bone mineral density were monitored and recorded.Results After treatment,the blood glucose level,bone mineral density,OC,TRACP-5b and ALP index of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of bone pain in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For type 2 diabetes mellitus with osteoporosis,traditional Chinese medicine modified Liuwei Dihuang decoction combined with western medicine has a good effect,which can significantly improve the blood sugar level of patients and effectively inhibit the bone resorption.
