摘要
目的探讨八宝丹胶囊治疗黄疸型病毒性肝炎的临床效果。方法将本院收治的黄疸型病毒性肝炎患者98例以便利抽样法分为对照组和治疗组,各49例。对照组采取西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用八宝丹胶囊治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果治疗后,治疗组中医证候积分STB、ALT、PTA、ALB、TBA优于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05)。结论在临床常规治疗的基础上增加八宝丹胶囊可有效改善黄疸型病毒性肝炎患者的肝功能,提高临床疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Babaodan capsules in the treatment of jaundice type viral hepatitis.Methods A total of 98 cases of jaundice type viral hepatitis treated in our hospital were divided into control group and treatment group according to convenient sampling method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine.The treatment group was treated with Babaodan capsules on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,STB,ALT,PTA,ALB and TBA in the treatment group were superior to those before treatment and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine clinical treatment,Baibaodan capsules can effectively improve the liver function and clinical curative effect of patients with jaundicetype viral hepatitis.
