断指再植术后预见性护理对血管危象的预防效果

Preventive effect of predictive nursing on vascular crisis after replantation of severed fingers

目的观察断指再植术后预见性护理对血管危象的预防效果。方法选取本院2013年3月至2017年3月收治的断指再植术患者70例,以抽签法分为研究组(n=35)和对照组(n=35)。对照组予以常规护理,研究组予以预见性护理。比较两组血管危象发生率、再植指成功率、手术情况、并发症发生率。结果研究组的血管危象发生率、并发症总发生率远比对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的再植成功率远高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的住院时间远比对照组的短(P<0.05);住院费用远比对照组的低(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理可有效降低断指再植术患者血管危象发生率,缩短治疗时间,降低医疗费用,安全性更高,效果确切,值得广大患者信赖并予以推广。

Objective To observe the preventive effect of predictive nursing on vascular crisis after replantation of severed finger.Methods Seventy patients with replantation of severed finger admitted in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2017 were seleted and divided into study group(n=35)and control group(n=35)according to lottery method.The control group was given routine nursing,the study group was given predictive nursing.The incidence of vascular crisis,replantation success rate,surgery,the incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of vascular crisis and the total incidence rate of complication in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistical significant(P<0.05).The successful rate of replantation in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the hospitalization time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);the hospitalization costs of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of vascular crisis in patients with severed finger replantation,shorten the treatment time,reduce medical expenses,with high safety.The effect is exact,and it is worthy of the majority of patients trust and promotion.
