肺炎喘嗽患者应用中医特色护理方案的临床效果

Clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing program in patients with pneumonia-induced asthma and cough

目的探讨中医特色护理方案应用于肺炎喘嗽患者的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月至2016年12月在我院接受治疗的100例肺炎喘嗽患者,根据不同的护理方法分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予中医特色护理措施。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组的护理总有效率为96.00%,明显高于对照组的84.00%(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肺炎喘嗽患者采用中医特色护理方案能够提高患者的治疗效果,也能够改善患者的满意度,可于临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing program in patients with pneumonia.Methods A total of 100 patients with pneumonia-induced asthma and cough treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the study objects.Patients were divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 84.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing program in patients with pneumonia-induced asthma and cough can improve the patients'treatment effect and the nursing satisfaction,which can be promoted in clinic.
