多途径综合护理干预应用于脑卒中偏瘫患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of multi-way comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with hemiplegia after stroke

目的探究多途径综合护理干预在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的临床效果。方法将于我院就诊的126例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各63例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用多途径综合护理干预,比较两组临床效果。结果护理后,两组左室高电压均降低,FBG均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组Barthel指数、Fugl-Meyer评分、SF-36评分、HAMA评分均改善,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多途径综合护理干预有利于改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的上肢运动能力及日常生活活动能力,提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of multi-way comprehensive nursing intervention in hemiplegia patients after stroke.Methods A total of 126 patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 63 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group was given multi-way comprehensive nursing intervention.The clinical effects between the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the left ventricular high voltage and FBG in both groups improved,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the Barthel index,Fugl-Meyer scores,SF-36 scores and HAMA scores in both groups improved,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-way comprehensive nursing intervention is helpful to improve the ability of upper extremity movement and activities of daily living in hemiplegia patients after stroke,and improve patients'satisfaction.
