快速康复护理对外科手术患者恢复效果及护理满意度的影响

Effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on recovery and nursing satisfaction of patients undergoing surgical operation

目的探讨对普外科患者给予快速康复护理的临床效果。方法选择我院收治的88例外科手术患者为研究对象,根据简单随机抽样分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予快速康复护理。比较两组的手术情况、护理前、后的生活质量及护理满意度。结果观察组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、排便时间均显著早于对照组,观察组住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的SF-36评分均显著优于护理前,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论快速康复护理应用于普外科患者中,可提高术后恢复效果,提高护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients undergoing surgical operation.Methods Eighty-eight patients undergoing surgical operation admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects,and divided into control group and observation group according to simple random sampling,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given rapid rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.The operation conditions,quality of life before and after nursing and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Postoperative bowel sounds recovery time and defecation time in the observation group were significantly earlier than those in the control group,the hospitalization time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the SF-36 scores of both groups were significantly better than those before nursing,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation nursing applied in patients undergoing surgical operation can improve the effect of postoperative recovery and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
