贵州大学生手机成瘾倾向与睡眠质量关系

The Relationship between Cell-phone Addiction Tendencies and Sleep Quality of College Students in Guizhou

为了解贵州省大学生睡眠质量的基本状况及其与手机成瘾倾向的关系,为从手机成瘾倾向的角度来改善睡眠质量提出理论支撑,采取整群抽样的方法,对贵州省217名有效大学生被试进行匿名问卷调查,包括一般情况调查、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)和大学生手机成瘾倾向量表(MPATS).结果发现:不同专业、家庭经济状况和家庭氛围的大学生睡眠质量指数均有显著差异;使用安卓系统的和苹果系统的大学生其睡眠质量比使用非智能手机的大学生要差;手机成瘾倾向与非手机成瘾倾向大学生的睡眠质量有显著差异;大学生的睡眠质量与手机成瘾倾向呈显著的负相关.回归分析显示,手机成瘾倾向对大学生的睡眠质量有显著的预测作用.因此大学生的睡眠质量不高,手机成瘾会对大学生的睡眠质量产生显著影响,需减轻大学生的手机成瘾倾向.

In order to find out about the relationship between the cell-plhone addiction tendencies and the sleep quality of college students in Guizhou,thus to find theoretical grounds to support the theory of improving sleep quality from the perspective of cell-phone addiction tendencies,by means of cluster sampling,217 college students were subjected to an anonymous questionnaire survey including routine investigation,PSQI scale and MPATS survey.The results showed that the student’s major,financial status,and family atmosphere have all exerted significant influence on his sleep quality;the sleep quality of students with an i-phone or Android phone is worse than that of students with non-smart phones;significant difference in sleep quality is found between cell-phone addicted students and non-cellphone addicted students;the sleep quality is significantly,negatively correlated with the cellphone addiction tendency;the regression analysis reveals that the cellphone addiction tendency has a significant predictive power on college students’sleep quality.Therefore,to improve college students’sleep quality,it is necessary to rid them of the cellphone addiction tendencies.
