盐酸米诺环素联合甲硝唑用于种植牙术后的疗效研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察盐酸米诺环素联合甲硝唑用于种植牙术后的疗效。方法:选取采用NOBEL种植系统行口腔种植牙的60例患者为研究对象,根据区组随机化法分为观察组与对照组各30例。种植牙术后,观察组局部使用盐酸米诺环素联合甲硝唑,对照组应用甲硝唑片。治疗前后抽取静脉血检测C-反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)水平变化;观察比较两组种植牙术后2、4周菌斑指数(PLI)、探诊深度(PD)及改良出血指数(m BI)。结果:治疗前两组CRP、PCT水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后CRP、PCT水平较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05),但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组显效率(82.5%)明显高于对照组(54.8%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后2、4周两组PLI、PD及m BI比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:种植牙术后采用盐酸米诺环素联合甲硝唑抗感染效果优于单纯采用甲硝唑效果。 Objective:To analyze effects of Minocycline hydrochloride combined with Metronidazole after dental implantation surgery.Methods:60 patients,who underwent the dental implantation surgery by using NOBEL implant system,were selected and di-vided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each according to the block randomization method.After the surgery,the observation group was given Minocycline hydrochloride and Metronidazole treatment,while the control group was given Metron-idazole tablets.The levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)before and after the treatment were observed.2 and 4 weeks later,the dental plaque index(PLI),probing depth(PD),and modified bleeding index(mBI)of the two groups were com-pared.Results:Before the treatment,there were no statistical differences in the CRP and PCT levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,the CRP and PCT levels of the two groups were significantly improves(P<0.05),but the differences were also not statistically significant(P>0.05).The effective rate in the observation group(82.5%)was obviously higher than control group(54.8%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2 and 4 weeks after the treatment,there were no statistical differences in the PLI,PD,and mBI between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Minocycline hydrochloride combined with Metronidazole after dental implantation surgery is more effective than single Metronidazole.
