在氯氮平治疗精神分裂症病人中第2周血药浓度与第4周疗效的关系

A relationship between clozapine serum level at 2nd weekend and response at 4th weekend.

目的 探索氯氮平治疗精神分裂症时 2周血药浓度与 4周疗效的关系。方法 给 39例精神分裂症病人服氯氮平治疗 ,在第 2～ 4周末剂量固定不变。结果 第 2周末氯氮平血药浓度在 30 0～ 4 0 0 μg/L之间的病人 ,其治疗第 4周阳性症状因子显效率 (9/ 13,6 9% )比此范围外的显效率 (6 / 2 5 ,2 4 % )显著为高 (P =0 0 0 92 33<0 .0 1)。结论 治疗第 2周末氯氮平血浓度 30 0～ 4 0 0

Objective To explore a relationship between clozapine serum level at 2nd weekend and response 4th weekend.Methods It was fixed for dose in 39 inpatients with schizophrenia taking clozapine from 2nd weekend to 4th weekend.Results It was higher rate of predominant improvement of positive syndrome factor at 4th weekend in clozapine serum level from 300μg/L to 400μg/L than out of that range at 2nd weekend (9/13,6/25, P =0.009233<0.01).Conclusion It was defined as early therapeutic window of positive syndrome for clozapine serum level from 300μg/L to 400μg/L.
