基于性能化防火的商业内街组合方式优化设计研究

摘要 商业内街是指串联建筑各功能用房、建立各区域间交通的空间,也是火灾时保证人员安全疏散的通道。这类空间的自身特点使其成为商业建筑防火技术的关键。本文通过文献阅读和实地调研,总结了商业内街的空间特点和火灾难点,将性能化防火技术引入此类空间的防火研究中,通过Pyrosim和Building EXODUS软件对不同组合方式的商业内街中的烟气蔓延和人员疏散情况进行对比模拟,探寻在同等火灾环境下的不同内街组合方式对烟气蔓延和人员疏散的影响因素,并归纳相应的内街组合优化设计策略。此研究有助于优化商业建筑的内街组合方式,其火灾场景的设计和参数的设置对性能化防火理论有一定的借鉴和补充。 Commercial inner street is the traffic space that connects each function rooms of buildings,builds the regions,and also ensures the safety of personnel evacuation in the case of a fire.Due to the characteristics of this kind of space,it becomes the key to the fire prevention technology of commercial building.Through literature review and on-the-spot investigation,this paper sums up the special characteristics and fire rescue difficulty of commercial inner streets,and introduces performance-based fire protection technology into the fire prevention study of such space.The smoke spreading and personnel evacuation in the commercial inner street with different combination patterns are compared and stimulated through Pyrosim and BuildingEXODUS software.Besides,the influence of different combination patterns of commercial inner streets under the slimier fire environment on the smoke spreading and personnel evacuation is explored.Some conclusions are reached and the corresponding combination optimization design strategy of commercial inner streets are summarized.This research is conducive to optimize the combination pattern of commercial inner buildings;the fire scenario design and parameter setting are of certain reference and supplement value for performance-based fire protection theory.
