2016年10月28日,来自法国Jean-Pierre HEIM建筑设计事务所的两名建筑师Jean-Pierre HEIM和Carolyn HEIM受中国奥特莱斯购物中心巨头砂之船集团之邀,为重庆--“一路一带”的起点,将一座中国中部地区的老式村庄改造为与自然环境完美融合的文化旅游度假村。砂之船集团是以奥特莱斯运营为核心业务的综合性集团,凭借其近30年的国际商业经验,秉承“艺术、技术、品牌”的核心经营理念创造出“现代商业+稀缺生态+地域文化”的独有艺术商业模式。
